Why do you need a Personal Trainer?

A personal trainer is both an investment of your time and money.  I want to make your investment pay dividends for you.

How many times do you intend to do some exercise then decide you are too tired, it’s too cold or you’re too busy?

We all want to be fit and healthy but sometimes the hardest part is getting through the gym door or committing to a workout.

As your personal trainer derby, I will give you accountability because we will have a set appointment, and if you train at home you don’t have to even step out of your front door!

Many people regret skipping a workout or eating an unhealthy meal, but no-one comes away from a great workout wishing they hadn’t done it.

By investing in me as your personal trainer derby you will begin to see results.  If you work out alone do you stop when the going gets tough?  Or only do the easy bits?  I will push you (gently) beyond your comfort zone to achieve your full potential.  I will motivate you and support you on those days you just don’t feel like it.  Sometimes our best workouts happen on those days!

We will have a free consultation before we schedule your sessions, during this we will decide on, and set some realistic and achievable goals.

During your session with me as your personal trainer derby, I will progress you through a variety of exercises chosen for your particular goal, whilst ensuring correct technique and execution.

As your personal trainer derby I will track your progress using a variety of methods; fitness tests, body composition assessments (lean tissue and fat mass), weight, body measurements and photographs.

A lot of people are nervous when they start working with a personal trainer.  There is no need to be, I will work with you so that you get the most from your safe and enjoyable sessions!
